If you are putting together a presentation for VISION check out the General Slide Library and the Case Study Slide Library.
You might be interested in this basic Style Guide that we're developing with Emma Henderson (ehenderson@vision.com). The Style Guide has access restricted to people with @vision.com accounts.
We are developing a new official VISION site. Part of that work will be to develop slide templates that match the look and feel of the new site. We will publish that new slide template when it is available.

The critical role of a Resolver is explained in our How to Guides found here where an example of how the Resolver role was implemented in a project with SSE:
As a Resolver you will provide a vital link between departments within SSE, third parties and the customer. Issues will be passed to you when there has been a breakdown of communication either within SSE or involving these third parties. The customer has at this stage been let down in the service they have received and further action needs to be taken to resolve their issue quickly and efficiently.
