A Senior Mobiliser is the primary person responsible for the implementation and review of organisational change and the associated benefits. He/she mobilises behavioural change and ensures appropriate business change takes place to deliver business outcomes for Executive, Operations Management, Front-Line at the Transformation project level.
A Mobiliser is responsible for establishing a new way of working by driving, and demonstrating, a behaviour change within an organisation. Resolvers are responsible for observing the performance of the new technology and its role in the business. How is the technology serving the customer successfully? They are responsible for identifying issues and managing them through resolution. They are responsible for gaining a commitment around the resolution of this issue moving forward. A Resolver is charged with creating a culture of commitment and resolution that infects the team around him. Resolvers collect the basic data and make the basic front-line observations and interventions.
