Antigen Service Delivery for Schools - Call Centre and Online Channels Setup and Delivery Operation

HEADLINE: Providing Support for an Average of 2,300 Customers per day.

In November 2021, we were asked by the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland to design, deliver and implement a School Antigen Test Delivery Programme for the country. This request followed our key role in the successful roll-out of Ireland’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing and Vaccination projects.

Since the start of the project to March 2022 over one million orders, have been successfully received, processed, and delivered, including:

Although the levels of COVID 19 infection have reduced, the Antigen team continues to process orders and provide support for an average of 2,300 customers per day. This shows the continued need among parents, guardians and school principles for the valuable work the team is doiong
