Covid Antigen Kit Delivery for General Population - Online Channels Setup and Delivery Operations

HEADLINE: Delivery of over 1 Million Antigen Tests to March 2022.

In November 2021, we were engaged by the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland to set up the School Antigen Test Delivery Program for Primary Schools, which was later expanded to include Childcare Facilities. Subsequently, we were asked to extend the service to people aged 4 - 39 via an online portal in addiiton to the call centre challen we hhad established already. We later extended the service to everybody under 60 years of age.

Our appointment followed the our earlier key role in the successful implementationm of Ireland’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing and Vaccination projects.

Outcomes:

The tools and pathways VISION developed have worked consistently and effectively for the duration of the project. An independent Pen test (security test for assessing online services) found our web portal to be in line with HSE’s security requirements.

Since the start date the tools and pathways VISIONS team developed have facilitated the delivery of over 1 million antigen kits:
